Inkiito's Distinctive Methodology

We partner our corporate clients with leaders in Kenya. Using virtual collaboration tools, the Kenyan village and our client's business unit(s) simultaneously learn the skill set required to create unprecedented results.

Initially, selected team members from our corporate clients travel to meet their Kenyan training counterparts in one of  ABSOLUTE AFRICA'S SPECIAL PURPOSE BUILT SCANIA BIG YELLOW TRUCKS

In Kenya, by visiting communities in which our methodology is already working, our clients realize:

  • Transformative learning experiences are derived from producing results that profoundly matter.

  • Lessons are learned in the real world.

  • Our curriculum teaches individuals how to use the friction in their culture (corporate or community) so creativity can flourish.

  • The skills practiced with a Kenyan community produces learning  in a way that does not mess with existing business processes, thereby minimizing risk for our corporate clients.

  • Our methodology creates profoundly meaningful results in Kenyan community and our methodology can also be successfully applied to corporate cultures.

  • Learning something so personally meaningful is a gift not likely to be forgotten.

INKIITO'S distinctive corporate change management training program begins when our corporate client's select team members return from their escorted Kenyan trip wherein they have experienced the results of our methodology and have met their Kenyan community training counterparts.

During onsite orientation workshops, each of our client's employees are given virtual access to their Kenyan village and Kenyan leader counterparts for a curated learning experience.

Throughout our year-long change management program, Inkiito trainers guide our client's leaders and their reports to make a real impact in their Kenyan village.

Entropy, whether in a Kenyan village or a corporate business unit, is a result of unaddressed friction. Our corporate clients are trained to support their partner village to  address friction holding extreme poverty in place to produce  results that actually lifts a community out of poverty.

Once our clients witness the ensuing impact on the well-being of an entire village, they are ready to risk applying what they have learned on their business problem sets, business relationships, and personal lives.
